The clinic features 3,500 square feet of modern treatment space and is fully ADA compliant, with elevator access for added convenience.

 

Parking and Directions

Professional Physical Therapy in Wilton is conveniently located on Route 7 (Danbury Road)—directly across from the ASML building, two buildings past Wilton Outdoor Sports, and one building beyond Anytime Fitness. If you’re heading south, look for the glass building on the left, just before the first traffic light.
Free on-site parking is available, including first-floor covered parking. There are no designated spots, but parking is plentiful.

Bio

Alekо Petridis, DPT is a licensed physical therapist and now part owner of Professional Physical Therapy in Wilton. He is dedicated to helping patients return to an active, pain-free lifestyle. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Hartford in 2018. A lifelong athlete, Aleko competed in soccer, baseball, and basketball, playing four years at the Division I level—an experience that continues to influence his treatment approach.

Alekо began his clinical career treating patients in Darien before advancing to Clinic Director at the Norwalk location. He now brings that experience full circle by opening his own practice in Wilton. Born and raised in Norwalk, Aleko is proud to serve the surrounding community.

Alekо specializes in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), LSVT BIG, TPI Level 1 golf performance, and work conditioning/functional capacity evaluations (FCEs). His treatments are tailored to each individual, whether recovering from injury, managing a neurological condition, or optimizing athletic performance.

Outside the clinic, Aleko enjoys hiking, staying active, and spending time with his family. He and his wife welcomed their first child, Noah, in August 2025.
