graston technique and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization

What is Graston Technique?

The Graston Technique is a specific type of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). It uses special handheld tools to gently work on tight or injured muscles, tendons, and scar tissue.

All therapists who perform Graston Technique are trained and certified in its use. We also offer other forms of instrument-assisted treatment in our clinic, so your therapist can choose what’s best and most comfortable for you.
