David joined Professional Physical Therapy in 2014. Prior to that, David spent more than 20 years in the Sales/Marketing/Customer Service arena. David successfully developed sales, marketing and customer service strategies for world renowned customer experiences companies including, Disney, Costco, Live Nation and The New York Islanders. David is responsible for all customer service matters, customer service training and provides customer service leadership to all employees.
