Clinical Excellence is a comprehensive clinical education program that provides clinicians with the knowledge and resources to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients. Our mission is to promote patient centered care by empowering our clinicians to remain life-long learners who seek to provide the most evidence informed care.
The program provides personal and professional growth opportunities that includes constant education, mentorship, management, and leadership opportunities.

Essential and Foundation Classes:
Includes a clear path of development from a novice into an expert clinician with access to educational videos and a robust learning management system.

Clinical Excellence Training Center (CETC):
Monthly workshops and training sessions for our therapists in each of our regions.

Physician & Clinical Lecture Series:
Physician lectures provide our clinicians access to knowledge and expertise from top industry physicians. Clinical lectures are held on Tuesday nights.

Professional Seminars:
Access to Professional Seminars, a continuing education provider, offering unique and engaging continuing education courses.


Continuing Education Classes & Stipend:
CE classes are provided through our professional seminars division. A generous financial benefit/Stipend is also available to make learning more affordable.

Outcomes Assistance Program:
For those in need of additional assistance.

Technique Peek Videos:
Weekly video updates to keep our clinical staff ahead of the curve. And access to 200+ past technique videos.

Clinical Library:
Access to CE website that includes past lectures, training videos and more.

Essentials Course:
For new clinicians, this course provides educational offerings, customer service, outcomes, and basic treatment skills to contribute to outstanding results.

Orthopedic Competency & Mentoring Program:
Delivered via our learning management system, virtually and in-person over 12 weeks.

Dedicated Team Support: We have a team of 9 clinicians who are passionate about education and communication. They will give our clinicians the opportunity to teach and continue to learn.

Specialty Certifications: For hip and telehealth (and spine in the future).

Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS): Residency program available.


Orthopedic Manual Therapy Specialty Program: Soon to be Fellowship.

Virtual Office Hours: Available with our education team.

Clinical Assistance Available Any Time: We have a “ticketing system” for education that allows our therapists to seek assistance at any time.

Professional Physical Therapy is honored to have been chosen to collaborate with top orthopedic surgeons to produce this special issue of Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine. Our Chief Clinical Officer Rob Panariello was invited by Dr. Brian Cole, editor of Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine, to be a co-editor of this special edition journal, along with Dr. Trifon Totlis. In addition to Rob’s two contributory journal articles, Professional’s own Dean Maddalone and Owen Lennon were invited to co-author articles as well.

Chief Clinical Officer, Professional Physical Therapy.

Rob Panariello has more then 35 years of experience in Sports Physical Therapy, Athletic Training and the Performance Training of Athletes. He currently works with many NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL , Collegiate and University teams, coaches, and players worldwide.

Rob lectures nationally and internationally, and has been published in more then 60 peer-reviewed industry publications. He also launched Professional Seminars, a leading Continuing Education provider in Northeast.

Rob received the prestigious APTA Sports Physical Therapy Lynn Wallance Clinical Education Award in 2015 and was elected to the USA Strength & Conditioning Hall of Fame in 2003. Most recently, he was named NSCA Sports Medicine/Rehabilitation Specialist of the Year in 2016.
